At Oxen Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
